Hellenika which opened in 2010, was often referred to as one of the first restaurants on the Gold Coast dining scene to introduce an exciting new direction, and a contemporary twist to authentic Greek fare.
No longer open on the Gold Coast, Simon has gone on to take Hellenika to Brisbane and open several other restaurants.
The Hellenika branding and logo design was one of the first larger projects I took on as a freelance designer back in 2010. The logo design, brand concepts, colour palette and element creation was such a huge influence and helped my business and portfolio so much.
Now days, Simon and his partners work with a larger design agency in Brisbane, where his restaurants are all located.
